U-Turn Bolster

The U-shaped base helps a single care giver turn the patient to side lying with less exertion and stress. The curved interior slots  keep the lower extremities separated and in a stable position. The flat sides allow the patient to stay in side lying so clinicians can check for wounds, change absorbency pads or for temporary re-positioning.
